My fabulous friend Hayley and I are organising a 3 hour BODYCOMBAT™ marathon in aid of 2 great charities - Prostate Cancer UK and MIND. These are 2 charities close to our hearts and we would love the opportunity to support them as much as we possibly can. 

Someone extremely close to me was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer many years ago and they have tried numerous different treatments - most of these only actively help control the cancer for a limited time period so we are always supporting research for new treatments. It was predicted that he would be with us a couple of years at the most so every single year he is still with us is a blessing and something we celebrate.  

Hayley is running the London Marathon to raise money for MIND and I have bucket loads of respect for this lovely lady and the challenge she is undertaking - I will be there cheering her on!

I have taught BODYCOMBAT™ for 3 years now and it is something I absolutely love doing - it is a fun and effective (non-contact) workout and leaves you feeling fabulous afterwards! It doesn't matter if you haven't tried it before - come along and give it a go :) I will be joined by several other awesome instructors who are kindly donating their time to help out on the day.

Tickets are £15 each and there will be Hummingbird cupcakes and other refreshments available to keep you going throughout the afternoon!
