Thank you for the wonderful support we've received since Hannah died at the end of October. It has been an immense comfort to us at the darkest of times, and we're slowly coming to terms with what has happened.

Angela and I have decided against flowers at the service, but if you feel it would be appropriate, we're making donations to Sands, a charity dedicated to what happened to Hannah. We were shocked that this occurrs far more often than widely publicised conditions, such as cot death, with 10 times the number of incidents, but little is known about the causes, with a firm diagnosis in only 50% of cases. We're hoping our support will help to understand and maybe even prevent the circumstances and support others like us in the future.
