So those who know me well know the struggles life has thrown at me over the years. This lead to a lot of emotional overindulgence. Well I am on a long..........long journey loosing weight and to celebrate being halfway to my target I have decided to walk/run/hop/bounce through the annual liverpool colour obstacle course on 15th July.  

I have chosen SHAP as my charity as they do some amazing work for vulnerable people from all walks of life. They never judge and never give up! I know I ask for donations every christmas and you all give so generously so please if you can spare any ammount please do. 

Also if you see me with a cake between now and July please take it away! I need all the help I can get.
