On the 1st May 2022 our husband/ Dad, Robert Burley,  died surrounded in love by his family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after a short but aggressive illness.

He lived life always at 100mph, and this was true right till the end, preparing us for a life without him that feels impossible.

During his stays at the QE Fisher House supported our family at the most challenging of times, and we were carried through difficult days with the arms of the military around us.

We do not wish for flowers but know there are many who will want to show their gratitude for having him in their lives. We would therefore invite donations to Fisher House to enable them to continue to offer the invaluable support and love we felt during our time there.
