I joined Marie Curie so I could specialise in palliative care as working with patients with terminal illness( Cancer, respiratory condition ,MS , motor neurone diesease etc)  in a acute setting I felt I could do more so I started my Journey to support people at the end of life care at Marie Curie Hospice in Glasgow.  My eyes have well and truly been open to how challenging      terminal illness is and the battle that people/family face .Marie Curie help provide support to patients with terminal illness from symptom management to the last days of life , we aim to aim to meet every patients goals and provide the best patient cantered care . I am very proud to work with such wonderful people and really feel giving them my all to continue that support is important .

So from 8th January I will start training for 6 weeks to then step into the ring on the 17th February everyone’s support would be appreciated
