·         I've decided to cut back on those beers and kebabs and commit myself to the ultimate task of running the Marathon in the best city in the world "LONDON" :o)

·         You might think that improved health alone would be enough to motivate me to train for this event, but there is something else that has me inspired and ready to act.

·         It is to raise money for a charity called "Well Child". 'Well Child' is an organisation who help sick children and their families throughout the UK to manage the consequences of serious illness and complex health conditions through their programme of care.
