I am privileged to be able to support a wonderful charity, "Panathlon Challenge", which inspires and supports disabled children to engage in sporting activities - http://panathlon.com/ 

In order to raise as much money as possible for this very worthy charity, I will be taking part in not just one but two events this year (#buyonegetonefree, #midlifecrises!!!)

Event 1

On 16th May, I will be joining a large group of my Investigo colleagues in a 3 day, 450km bike ride across Netherlands, France and Belgium. "Tour de Investigo" is an enormous challenge and will no doubt stretch me to the extremes of my physical ability, however the great cause does make it worthwhile.

Event 2

Around 5 months after Tour de Investigo, on 13th October 2019, I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon. Even though I do like running (maybe a gentle 5k now and again), 13.1 miles is going to be tough and any help you can provide will go a long way in supporting this fantastic charity.

Please give as much or as little as little as you can - Every penny counts and goes towards an excellent cause.
