Alzheimer’s and dementia has touched most of our lives in many ways shapes and forms, and I hope to make a small difference by raising money by taking part in the ADS 5k Santa Fun Run along with hundreds of other Santa's.

As many of you will be aware I am not a particularly fast runner and I have been referred to as a "fair-weather runner”, but hopefully my Santa suit will help to keep me warm!
