Here at Harold wood running club we wanted to do something to support the people of the Ukraine. So on Friday 18/3/22 and on Friday 25/3/22 we will be running 5k and then donating  £5 to the Disasters emergency committee which in turn are supporting the Ukrainian people. We will be brightly coloured in blue and yellow! If anyone wishes to donate £5 or anything they can afford to our just giving page, every penny will be greatly appreciated.
