On Saturday 15 May I (along with some of my work colleagues from Service Underwriting) are taking part in Just Walk 2010, a 20k (approximately 12.5 miles) walk  in the glorious Goodwood area, taking in part of the South Downs Way. I am raising money for one of my favourite charities - Help for Heroes.  If you are able to sponsor me please do so via these pages.
