Our Critical Care Unit has expanded a great deal in the last few years. We now have an additional 5 beds, which has helped us manage the increasing demands on our service. As a unit we try to ensure that our patient's stay on Critical Care is the best it can be and we are always trying to improve the facilities on the unit.

I want to run this 10K to try and help raise money to support Critical Care. We want to help reduce the rates of delirium with communication tools such as patient's iPads, to buy new physiotherapy equipment for rehabilitation, computers at each bed space and to expand staff and relatives facilities.
