Team Roses are taking part in The Harvey 100, a 100km charity cycle challenge on 30th June 2012. Harvey attended St. Rose’s nursery 12 years ago and now rides as captain of Team Kings who are also taking part in the event to raise funds for both charities.
Any donations received will be divided equally between the National Star College and St.Rose’s School. So far Team Roses consists of eight members of staff from St Rose's School including our Head Teacher, Jan Daines. Accompanying him on the challenge will be Jackie Vowles, Sue Findlater, Jessica Miklausic, Kelly Skelton, Leanne Ewing, Sarah Biddell and Jean Bankhead.
Any funds raised for St Rose's School by The Harvey 100 will be used to improve the quality of accommodation and facilities available for our students.
