Dear All,

For the good of charity (and something to do with getting fit) Stef and I have decided to do a 5km run for a very good cause, close to our hearts and to many others we are sure!

Most of you will know us (perhaps not indvidually of course), but this is a great challenge for both of us (Stef less so as she is much fitter than me)!

Please sponsor us, even the smallest donation will be much appreciated, as you will see we have a target - so EVERY LITTLE HELPS!
