Teresa is 60 years old and has been battling ovarian cancer for four long years. Before she became ill she was healthy, happy, and outgoing. Teresa's passion has always been dance and over the years she has taught many people, taking pupils of all ages to gold star level exams including people that had never danced before. She loves Line Dancing but has also taught Rock'n'Roll, ballet and exercise classes. Using dance Teresa raised money for lots of causes by arranging pantomines and charity dances. Everyone around Teresa knows how bravely she has fought this illness and now Teresa would like your help to raise money for the silent killer ovarian cancer.

Teresa's symptoms started like those of irritable bowel. She was originally treated for that, amongst other things. but eventually the blood test CA125 gave her a stage four diagnosis for ovarian cancer. She received remarkable care at Bristol Oncology from Dr Walther, a very special consultant, plus all the wonderful nurses and helpers there. She wants more women to be aware of this dreadful illness and by donating to this page you can help many more women fight this horrendous disease. Hats off to Teresa, keep on dancing.
