In September I will be cycling approximately 270 miles from Greenwich Observatory in London, to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. 

Whilst it's true that I'm a keen cyclist, I prefer flat routes to and from a country pub. This will certainly be more challenging, with four consecutive days in the saddle and some "rolling hills" to conquer.

I have funded the trip myself; and hope to use this as an opportunity to raise money for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. Any sponsorship received will go directly to Mind, and be matched £ for £ by my employer.

In real terms, this is how your sponsorship could help:

£10 could fund a volunteer to provide support to someone who is isolated and lonely.

£20 could fund an emotional support session for an adult or child.

£50 could fund a session of therapeutic support for a child experiencing trauma.
