Exertion&nbsp;has always been a complete anathema to me &ndash; so what in my advancing years could possibly induce me to do the British London 10k Run (at a walk) on 10 July?&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I am doing it for Through Unity &ndash; a charity to support families bereaved by homicide and to stop it happening to others. NO ONE should ever have to go through the anguish of their child or someone they love being murdered.
