Hi folks

Anyone who knows me well enough will probably find the fact that I'm running 13 miles fairly hilarious.... so did I until I realised how soon it was!

I am running for Capability Scotland in the hope that my hard work will help them continue theirs. 

I work as a playleader in the summer and Easter holidays and am able to see first hand the work that they do in supporting disabled children and their families in and around Glasgow

It's a really great Scottish charity and anything you can give would be much appreciated!
