Jess and I are walking the Moonlit Walk on Saturday 4th July it is a 10 mile circular sponsored walk for women under the moonlight. We are raising money for Heart of Kent Hospice. The Hospice is a specialist palliative care centre whose purpose is to provide expert care and support for patients with advanced cancer, motor neurone disease or other life threatening illnesses where curative treatment is no longer possible. Jessica's grandmother was looked after by Heart of Kent Hospice which is the main reason we are walking and raising money.
