This will be the fourth time in five years that I’ve run the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Young Women’s Trust, a charity that supports young women aged 18-30, especially those struggling to live on low or no pay, to get into work that is right for them. I first ran this in 2015 as part of my HeForShe commitment and have continued to be both a fundraiser and a supporter of the charity since then.

I’ve not managed to fit in the level of training that I should have, so this year is more a question of managing the distance rather than the time, difficult as I find that to accept! Any donations will help motivate me as I struggle round but more importantly will directly benefit the work of Young Women’s Trust.
