Ben, Callum, Dan and Myself will be walking the Thames Path Challenge in aid of the Alzheimer's Society and the Sue Ryder Foundation. 

We will update the page with training photos and updates throughout the summer as we prepare to take on, what will definitely be, the most exercise we've all ever done.
