Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Since the first day we fould out that our toddler, Heath, had suddenly become profoundly deaf, the NDCS have been there for him, us and all of our family. From the family get-togethers, sign language courses and even just the wealth of resources through their website, they are an invaluable comfort and strong shoulder which we, like so many others, would've been lost without. So, Ollie and I have decided to put our bodies through a BIG challenge - cycling fo 100 miles - now seing as I haven't cycled for more than about 2 miles before and am still, (despite Heath having just reached 2 years old), carrying a little pregnancy weight; this is no easy task and just shows how we feel about the NDCS.
The National Deaf Children's Society definitely deserve the support in return, so please, even if you can only spare a pound, every donation will help to support Heath and countless other deaf children and their families with the support and guidence that is needed.
