As some of you may be aware, Jonny suffers from a rare autoimmune disease called Wegner's Granulomatis, which is a form of vasculitis. Unfortunately there is not a great deal of understanding of this is illness as it is so rare. The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation was set up in 2010 with the aim of raising awareness amongst the medical community and general public and since doing so awareness has greatly improved. The charity have not only helped Jonny but many others like him and with their continued hard work of raising awareness and funds for scientific research. 

Louise and I are taking on the challenge of abseiling from the Titan Crane in Clydebank on Saturday 14th June and would appreciate any donation, however big or small, towards this worthy cause.
