Basically I am running 5k in October with my boyfriend Matt to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association, and in memory of my Grandad. I know its not hugely far, but its a long way for my little legs! And I know I am setting this up a very long time in advance, but no harm in being organised.

Currently there is no cure to MND, and any money raised can not only go towards research into understanding more about MND, but can also make a huge difference to people currently living with MND by helping to provide the essential care that they need.
