Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are five teachers at Heavers Farm Primary School who decided one day to book at place at the Crystal Palace Race for Life. Not the 5K but the 10k. We were moved to do so from our personal experiences as well as professional  - as people we had come into contact with at work had succumbed to cancer, leaving devastated loved ones behind.

And we did it! It was really really hot and Gwen raced it in a pink gorilla outfit. She was the fastest out of us all, despite the outfit! We all finished the race and were encouraged by all the amazing support in the park.
