The number of people diagnosed with cancer is growing, we're doing whatever it takes to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

On 28th June 2017 Alex was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, he was then further diagnosed as it being Philadelphia positive.

On 5th August 2017, Alex was suddenly and unexpectedly taken from the world . He was 9 years old.

In his short battle with this cruel, unfathomable disease, Alex remained positive and with the support of the Macmillan outreach nurses maintained as normal a life as possible.

Although nothing will ever fill the huge void all his family and friends feel by his passing, if we can raise funds to help others in a similar situation it will offer some help and comfort .

On behalf of Alex his family and his friends I thank you for your donations to this cause.
