My best friend's husband was diagnosed with Myleofibrosis in 2009. This is a rare condition which affects the production of bone marrow. The only cure for this in the future is a bone marrow transplant. We want to raise awareness of the charity in the hope that we can raise some much needed funds and encourage people to become donors so people like my friend have a greater chance of finding a match.
