A year and a half later than anticipated, I'm finally going to attempt to run a marathon in Bournemouth on 6 October.

Alice will be joining me in Bournemouth and will be running the half marathon.

We're raising money for the Migraine Trust. Migraine is the most common and disabling neurological condition in the UK. My sister suffers chronic migraines and so it's a charity close to my heart!
