On 28th July I will be taking on my first 100 mile cycle ride around the Essex countryside.  I will be raising money for A Rocha UK who (among other things) run Eco Church, which is a national award scheme to encourage churches of all denominations to care for creation as an integral part of loving their neighbours and following God faithfully.
