Mop Chop! · 3 June 2016

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Hi,

Between us Kat, Robyn and I have done a fair few cake sales, coin trails, sponsored silences and obstacle courses, we've even done a bit of running and there was a time when I helped run a gunge tank to raise money for charity.  But this is something that none of us have done for charity before.  No, not skydiving - cutting our hair.

Kat, Robyn and I are all going to get our hair cut on Friday 3rd June and donate it to The Little Princess Trust who make wigs for children in the UK and Ireland who have lost their hair through cancer treatment or other illnesses.  Between us we have nearly 1 metre of hair that we can donate and have had long hair for a total of 40 ish years (Helen's not had short hair this side of the millennium!)

We've also, like many people, seen family and friends, young and old fight cancer.

My lovely friend Louise is cutting my hair and two of her team, Leigh and Kay are cutting Kat and Robyn's hair at Beauty Expert in Hove.

All we are asking is that if you have a few pennies to spare, please can you hit the donate button.

Many thanks

Helen, Kat and Robyn xx
