Nightingale Hammerson has the first nursery co-located on site with a care home so that kids and residents become friends - it's amazing! I'm CEO and not getting younger - I've not yet cracked the 1 hour 10k yet - but that's the challenge for this year - for our residents! Hence the increased training and the photo of my messy desk...
