Phew! I successfully ran my first half marathon (in a slightly disappointing time of 2:04).....those hills just kept on coming! It was a really challenging, rewarding and incredibly worthwhile experience and I am so pleased with the funds I have raised. The Hospice provides a free service caring for adults suffering from life-limiting illnesses from which there is no cure. It is a truly special place providing medical, emotional & spiritual care. Also supporting families and carers throughout what is an overwhelmingly difficult period.
