I am taking on a trail half marathon along the Pembrokeshire Coast in April 2018 https://www.endurancelife.com/pembrokeshire. This is going to be incredibly challenging but hopefully great fun. 

Lifelites is a small charity that provides assistive technology for terminally ill and disabled children in hospices across the British Isles.  The technology provided includes entertainment packages, educational resources and support to help children communicate and connect with their family.
