I'm going 'gadget-free' for the entire month of August... no mobile, no tablet, no laptop, no facebook (aarrrghhh)... and no TV!!

Each year I like to do a fundraising challenge of some kind and this year I've chosen something completely different!

MSRRF is an amazing charity providing fantastic services, free of charge, to those of us with MS. I was diagnosed with MS four years ago and MSRRF have been there for me every step of the way. They have recently opened a weekly outreach service near to where I live and this challenge is a way for me to say 'Thank You'.

Dealing with MS is a daily struggle... you never know what it's going to throw at you next, but life's made much easier by the help and support provided by the MSRRF outreach group and all the wonderful people and new friends I've made there!
