In memory of my lovely cousin Rob (in the photo above) who died in 2012, I am taking part in the Bournemouth Half Marathon to raise funds for The Yellow Heart Trust. The Trust is a charity that provides grants for people suffering from single incident trauma and/or issues relating to addiction.

Most of you will know I love running but it's been a while and boy am I finding the training tough going! Even so, it's a fantastic opportunity to raise money for a great cause and I will be inspired by memories of Rob and his dignity over his own battles. Rob always wanted to help people and this would mean a lot to him.

Please donate as much or as little as you can as every donation will go directly to help someone like Rob. The Yellow Heart Trust prides itself on operating on very minimal costs.
