On the 16th June 2007 I took part in a Ladies Only Midnight Memories Walk in memory of my beautiful mother June Mary Wall who died after a brave and dignified fight against breast cancer on May 4th last year in the Bolton Hospice. Our lives will never be the same.

1500 women took part in the 8 mile walk through Bolton, not excactly a marathon i know! One small step for woman and one huge step for sufferers and the families of people with terminal illnesses.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Bolton Hospice will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

Please donate what you can, however small.
