On the 10^th July I will be running 10k for a great cause - Contact the Elderly (www.contact-the-elderly.org.uk).  For those who don’t know they arrange tea parties and other days out for the elderly whose family and friends are no longer around. We are rather proud to say we have hosted one event in Ralph Court already!
