In February 2018, for the third time, I am travelling to Addis Ababa with Project Harar to help treat people with severe facial conditions - noma (a form of facial gangrene), tumours, animal bites and other trauma. I know there are so many pressures on funds and worthy causes at the moment but having seen at first hand how lives can be transformed, please think about donating if you can. Even a small amount can buy some dressings, or a scan, or something very simple like build up drinks to improve nutrition before an operation.
