Warrington Animal Welfare is a rehoming & neutering charity which strives tirelessly to reduce the amount of abandoned or stray animals in Warrington and the surrounding areas. We promote responsible pet ownership, neutering and microchipping for pets, and by rehoming animals at our rescue centre.

Story

Hey everyone!

I started running in April and I have my very first 10K on 19th August.

I wasn’t going to ask for any charity donations, until I have seen today how much Warrington Animal Welfare could do with our help.

They currently have loads of unwanted kittens in their care, including a litter that were found dumped in a carrier bag next to a bin in Warrington. Unfortunately this happens everywhere - my cousin lives in London and she had a box of kittens dumped on her doorstep only last week. It’s so very sad and these animals need our help.

WAW need our donations to continue to care for all the animals in the wonderful way that they do. This is also the place where we adopted our cat Barbara. They do an amazing job but they need continued financial support.

I don’t expect to raise much but if you’d like to chuck a quid or two in that would be amazing.

Peace and thanks xx
