Family Support Work (FSW) does amazing work in Sussex, supporting children and families through tough times -  low income, ill-health or family crisis. FSW's Family Support Practitioners and Playworkers help by providing practical and emotional support to hundreds of parents, children and whole families. This has continued during the Covid-19 pandemic, and they have provided food parcels, paid fuel bills, met with families online, given ideas for holiday activities and supported day trips to outdoor spaces. 

So... to support FSW I am cycling 150 miles on my trusty bike (no lycra involved). I'd love you to join in the fundraising. Please give what you can: even a small amount can change a family's life.
