Luke was born with a heart defect and the Evelina Children's Hospital gave him life saving surgery when he was just 5 days old! Luke now continues to have yearly check ups at the hospital to make sure he is still ok and to see if he needs more surgery in the future.

This year is the Evelina Children's Hospital's 150th birthday and to celebrate, Luke decided to set up a group of his friends to help with his goal of raising £15,000 for the hospital that saved his life and many others like him. He has called our group the 'Fabulous 15' and I am very proud to part of it, and I am looking forward to our first fund raising event which is a sponsored swim. The aim is to do 150 lengths, representing the years that this hospital has been saving lives.
