Herefordshire Board Gamers are a gaming and fundraising community who provide free games night and events. All of our events are free entry but we ask for donations to Herefordshire Mind.

Over the last 7 years we've raised £29,00 for mind and run 100s of free events.

--------------------------------Between March 2020 Covid and December 2021 we have:

Ran every planned game night

Ran nearly 100s of extra free events (up from 30 or so planned)

Increased the free lending library 33 to 300 titles ( Board games covering titles from A to Z and 28 puzzles.)

Delivered / lent our 200th games, around 1/4 of the collection is on loan at most times!

Raised £7000 for charity

Ran summer secret Santa / gift exchange

Commission more merchandise to raise money to keep our events free.

Create two charity Emoji quizzes

Created numerous guides and articles

Appeared on the radio 6 times

Been interviewed live and featured in the official magazine the UK Games Expo the third largest game convention in the world.

Had a mental health guide in a international board gaming magazine

Formed a new RPG group.

Ran 35 different RPG systems.

Launched a community exercise challenge and exercised 5000 km (1 year total is just shy of 9000km)--------------------------------Now we are back in person, we've stayed online to support all of our friends who can't travel and have continue to run free events including trying new types of events.
