The Divine Onkar Mission (DOM) is a non religious , UK based charity established in 1991, with an aim to help India’s poorest people, living in Jharkhand and Orissa. With the help of generous donors and sponsors DOM has been able to establish hospitals, schools, and an orphanage for destitute communities. Other projects include agriculture and vocational training, water well projects, clothes distribution and food kitchens. Our emergency relief efforts provide immediate aid to victims of natural disasters. The charity has worked tirelessly for over the last 20 years to raise funds and positively impact the lives of thousands of people. DOM constantly aspires to tackle poverty and to empower communities to “help the helpless help themselves”.

                                               School House Project 

DOM has established a number of orphanages and schools in several regions such as Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa, these are the poorest states of India. The children in DOM’s orphanages and schools come from backgrounds of extreme poverty. Some children belong to family's of Leprosy sufferers others have experienced abuse and neglect, orphaned and disabled physically and mentally and are unable to look after themselves. DOM with your donation’s provides free food, clothing, medical treatments and education for them.

A new school house is opening in Orissa in a rural jungle area in order to provide basic education needs to help the helpless and future generations.
