We use music to enrich people’s lives

Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page in memory of my wonderful, kind and simply gorgeous husband Michael Wrightson, who died on September 3rd of prostate cancer.

Music was Michael's deep, lifelong passion. He played piano, saxophone, trumpet and clarinet during his life - in big bands and in groups, in halls and pubs, at weddings, Chestnut Avenue street parties and in Crouch End sitting rooms on New Years Eve. Latterly, his greatest joy was being on stage with Bodkin Lane. He loved soul, jazz and funk, rock 'n' roll, reggae - and embraced all sorts of music from across the globe on his wide travels. Music will be balm for our family's souls now he's gone. He was so generous and did so much to help other people during his lifetime - you can appreciate him by donating in his name to Nordoff Robbins, who he much admired. Please give generously! Thank you.
