Story
Harper Asprey Wildlife Rescue is a registered wildlife charity that works 24/7, 365 days a year to rescue, rehabilitate and release our native wildlife. From tiny dormice to the majestic deer and everything in between.
As a small charity, HAWR provide a unique and vital service to our local community as the local centre to help wildlife. Each of the thousands of animals they help every year has a unique story and a person, who cared enough to stop what they were doing and bring the animal to the rescue centre. They responded last year over
3500 wildlife incidents.
At the moment, they are struggling to get their surgery up and running and desperately need an autoclave and we would like to ask you to support them in getting it. Autoclaves operate at high temperatures and pressure in order to kill microorganisms and spores. They are used to decontaminate certain biological waste and sterilise media, instruments and labware.
