So after much deliberation over….. Refusing to put on crash helmets, ruin our makeup by getting in our swimwear and accepting none of us are looking likely to become the next Nigela Lawson! us Ladies at Romford have agreed we will put on our walking boots and trust the navigation of our Branch Manager Lynn on a 10 Mile walk around the countryside of Stock in Essex to support Bluearrow's chosen charity for 2013, Help for Heroes.

We will be setting off early morning of 30th June and our aim is to complete our route within 2hrs back at the local pub!

As a branch this is a charity close to our hearts as some of us have relatives fighting on the front line.
