Story
Earlier this year, after a series of tests I was diagnosed with a heart defect.
The defect means that I have an extra passage within my heart which causes heart beats to become erratic and out of control.
I am currently waiting treatment which is most likely going to be some form of heart surgery. I want to raise money for the British Heart Foundation because they could help others with similar problems. They offer so much support and advice at a horribly scary time for so many people. I will be completing the Pirate Walk in Felixstowe on July 22.
Later this year, I will also be completing the Hearty Walk with the lovely Matthew Brader. The event was due to take place on July 14 but has been postponed by the borough council.
