Story
Kirsty and I have decided to take part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 10k in May 2020. Since this is a mile stone target for us both we wanted to do it for a good charity and decided that SAMH was the one.
* Neither Kirsty or I can attend the new 2020 date, therefore, we have entered into the May 2021 10k instead. Donations will be open from now until after the run *
SAMH has represented the voice of people most affected by mental health issues in Scotland for over 90 years and have three strategic goals;
- Being there for people
- Promoting Good Mental Health
- Ending Stigma and Discrimination
