The British Red Cross is a humanitarian organisation that supports vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers. They help people, who are forced to flee their homes, find safe and legal routes to new countries.
Holme has chosen to support The Red Cross to try and bring awareness to the current refugee crisis. We have decided to do this by going on a sponsored walk around Berkhamsted countryside as a house of pupils, staff and dogs.
Our aim is to raise at least £10 per walker and we hope to reach at least £1000 in total. Any type of donation will be greatly appreciated and will ensure that we make our own small contribution to the refugee crisis that affects so many unfortunate displaced people.
