We are a veterinary chairty which aims to help people who find distressed wildlife

Story

East Sussex WRAS is in year 3 of 5 of the development of its Casualty Care Centre at Whitesmith.  One of the key areas which is in deperate need of improvement and expansion is the orphaned bird and mammal area.

Currently there is a mixture of cages, pet carriers and racking used to house the small orphaned birds which have to be hand or crop fed. This is in deperate need of improvement and WRAS would like to purchase two banks of cages.  One bank is specifically for housing young and baby birds, and the second is for small hedgehogs and other small mammals.

As well as asking people to donate what they can afford, we are also asking people if they would like to sponsor one of the cages. There are four different sizes of cage:

1) Small - Costing £250 each - FULLY SPONSORED NOW.

2) Medium - Costing £275 each.

3) Large - Costing £300 each.

4 Hutch - We need 4 of these costing £400 each - FULLY SPONSORED NOW

Those who make donation of these amounts will be able to sponsor the cage and have their name displayed on the cage as well as being invited to visit and see the bank of cages once installed.

Smaller donations are very much appreciated and welcomed. Please e-mail trevor@eastsussexwras.org.uk when sponsoring a cage so we have your full details and can invite you to visit once they are installed.
