Those who know me will appreciate that i have never really done any exercise. On the contrary i was never prepared to sacrifice all the hardwork of eating kebabs and drinking cider that went into my current build. 😁 But with access to a gym in work and Knowsley council encouraging the Couch to 5K i've decided its time to get involved. So i have signed up and will be doing the Halewood 5k in November. Yes Me!!!!!

As many will know this is a huge undertaking for me so i figured lets do it and try and raise awareness and much appreciated funds for TJGF. 

I will make James, Millie and all of my family proud.
